Spring Charity Event: WIM's Got Talent

Join us for our WIM's Got Talent where different organizations will come perform and compete for cash prizes! We will have a raffle with tons of cool prizes.  All proceeds benefit Breast Cancer Resource Center, a center that provides resources and support to those with cancer and their families.

Requirements:

You must buy the $5 ticket and attend the event. You can pick up your ticket at tabling the week of 3/28-4/2. Venmo @WIM-UT with your name and member status. If you don't have Venmo, you can buy your ticket in cash when we table. ALSO, the first 50 people will get free t-shirts :)))

Please don't attend if you test positive or are exposed to COVID-19.

Charity Points:

Check out this google form for ways to earn a point.

For one point, you can: 

  1. Buy an extra ticket/bring a friend (1 point max)

    1. Due date: Buy extra ticket by 4/3 5:00 PM (the start of WGT)

    2. Point tracking: Officers will make a note by your name in the ticket sales spreadsheet

  2. Donate at least $5 to BCRC at this link: https://bcrc.salsalabs.org/bcrcfundraiserpage/p/womeninmedicine/index.html (unlimited point opportunity)

    • Due Date: Donate and submit proof by 4/6 11:59 PM

    • Point tracking: Fill out the google form with screenshot proof

  3. Set Up or Take Down the event (1 point max)

    • Due date: Sign up (if spots still available) by 4/3 5:00 PM

    • Point tracking: Fill out set up/take down google form at the event

  4. Tabling (2 points max) (May Choose Between a Charity or Volunteer Point)

    • Due date: Sign up before 4/1 2:00 PM as this is the last tabling shift! (limited spots)

    • Due date: Post before 4/3 5:00 PM and submit proof by 4/6 11:59 PM

    • Due date: Event is on 4/7 (time tbd) but submit proof by 4/10 11:59 PM
